ABAK allows you to export assessment results to make them easier to incorporate into your daily practice.
Depending on the assessment, several export formats may be available:
- Summary Export of assessment results;
- Detailed Export including responses;
- structured reports in PDF or DOCX format (customisable)
Exports may include additional information such as Clinical Thresholds, comments or certain follow-up data.
This section explains the different types of exports available and how they work.
Summary Export of Assessment Results
The Summary Export allows you to quickly share the main results of an assessment.

Exports generated by ABAK can generally be incorporated into Practice Management Software, Patient Records, healthcare platforms and regulated Secure Healthcare Messaging services used in clinical practice.
Detailed Export Including Responses
Some tests and questionnaires provide a Detailed Export that allows you to retain the responses recorded during the assessment.

For users who wish to produce a more comprehensive document, ABAK can also generate structured reports in PDF or DOCX format.
PDF and DOCX Reports
Introduction
ABAK can generate structured reports in PDF or DOCX format to make it easier to share, archive and reuse assessment results.
ABAK reports use a Structured Clinical Report format combining administrative information, a narrative summary and numerical data from the assessments.

Reports can be exported in PDF or DOCX format. DOCX files allow the information to be easily reused and supplemented in other documents when necessary.
💡 Report Customisation
PDF and DOCX reports can include your practice’s contact details and logo, allowing you to produce documents that can be used directly in daily practice.
Additional features are currently being developed in ABAK Companion to progressively expand the available options for writing, archiving and sharing.
Your feedback directly contributes to the development of these tools.
